Eastman Ranlet Series Presents: Verona Quartet featuring Wu Man
The interdisciplinary collaboration between Wu Man (pipa) and the Verona Quartet shines a light on the complex fabric of “what is home” and cultural identity in the modern age through a nostalgic and visionary exploration of both ancient and contemporary repertoire from traditions across the globe.
The program, “Goin’ Home” features well known works by Dvorak, alongside compositions by John Downland, Wynton Marsalis, Boccherini, and Wu Man.
